I'm sorry for the lack of posts this weekend - I was on a little adventure for my Birthday :) Today, I'll show you some really great cheesecake recipes!
I was never that keen on cheesecake back in Poland as we use curd cheese to make it and sometimes it might be a little bit sour and heavy. I love the American style cheesecake though, made with cream cheese, on a base made of crushed biscuits mixed with melted butter. It's so easy and quick to make and really, really tasty.
Salted Caramel & Vanilla Baked Cheesecake
